01 / ONE THING, DONE WITH CARE
Let the rain
keep moving.
Leaves belong in the fall scenery.
Your gutters have another job.
We’re starting with gutter cleaning.
A useful job. A local route. A simple next step.
Tell us about your home
Stories, gutter guards, and access all help determine the work involved.
Know the plan before the visit
Nathan will confirm the cleaning scope, quote for your home, and proposed timing with you.
Book when it works for you
You decide after you have the details. Requesting an estimate doesn’t reserve an appointment.
02 / THE NEIGHBORHOOD ADVANTAGE
Good things
start on
your block.
Nearby homes mean less driving between jobs and a more practical day of work. That’s the idea behind Good Neighbor Crew.
We’re gathering requests to see where the first route makes sense. You can start with just your home. There’s no group to organize or minimum number of neighbors to recruit.
Each home gets its own quote. Route efficiency doesn’t guarantee a discount.

A LITTLE LOCAL KNOWLEDGE
Timed for the season.
Not just the calendar.
We’re aiming for after the bulk of leaf drop to help reduce fresh buildup and repeat visits. This is our planning estimate, not a forecast or a confirmed appointment. We’ll choose dates around your trees, safe weather, and availability.
Missouri Conservation says most leaves have fallen or turned brown by the middle of November. Its October 23 Central Region report still had oaks green. And MU notes that some oaks keep leaves into winter, so no timing can promise zero new debris.
Already seeing overflow? Ask for an earlier assessment instead of waiting for the ideal leaf drop window.

MEET NATHAN OCKRIM
Your neighbor.
Your first crew.
I’m building Good Neighbor Crew.
And I’m the one doing the work.
It started with helping my parents and my grandma around their homes. I’d notice one neighbor having work done, then the house next door getting the same service a couple of days later. It got me thinking: why not plan it together?
I’m developing the idea of smarter neighborhood scheduling, with less driving between homes and the possibility of savings as routes come together.
For this first Columbia gutter cleaning route, it’s me: talking through your quote, planning the visit, and getting my hands dirty. Starting small, with care for the home in front of me.

03 / YOUR HOME IS A GOOD START
Let’s get this
off your list.
Tell Nathan a little about your home.
He’ll take it from there.
Add it in the notes when you send your request. Nathan will reply using your preferred contact details.
GOOD QUESTIONS
A little
neighborly clarity.
What will gutter cleaning cost?
Your quote depends on your home, including stories, gutter guards, condition, and access. Nathan will confirm the price and service scope with you before you decide to book. There’s no universal price or guaranteed neighborhood discount.
When would the cleaning happen?
We’re planning the first fall route in Columbia. Dates depend on interest, leaf drop, weather, and availability. No service date is promised by this form; Nathan will discuss timing with you directly.
Do I need to get my neighbors involved?
No. Start with your own home. If a neighbor also needs gutter cleaning, they’re welcome to send their own request. Nearby homes can help make a more efficient route, but there’s no recruitment requirement.
What if I have gutter guards or a tall home?
Include those details in your request, along with any access concerns. Nathan will review whether the job is a fit and clarify what can be included before a quote or visit is confirmed.
What happens to my information?
Your request is stored privately so Good Neighbor Crew can contact you and plan the work. Customer names, addresses, and contact details are not shown on this site. To correct your details or ask for removal, send another request and include your previous reference in the notes.
Does this sign me up for a service or payment?
No. It’s a request for an estimate. It is not an appointment, a service agreement, or a payment obligation. You decide whether to book after Nathan confirms the final details with you.
